Grievance redressal committees are formed with the purpose of providing a platform to the students to address their issues and get them resolved. Ramsaday College has a zero tolerance grievance redressal policy for students, teachers and non-teaching staff of the college. A well structured grievance redressal committee was formed with six senior teachers (4 Male, 2 Female), 1 non-teaching staff and 1 student representative. At the first instance the affected student / staff should submit the grievance in writing to grievance redressal cell of our college. Name of his/her will remain undisclosed. If possible immediately, Grievance committee should redress the matter within two working days. If the concerned person is not satisfied with the redressal, he/she can submit the grievance along with the reply to the Principal. Principal will place the matter to Governing Body for their recommendation.
